Lyndsey Bell

Children’s Director
Lyndsey Bell

Lyndsey Bell is the Children’s Church Director at the Mile High Vineyard, since 2012. Lyndsey coordinates the curriculum and provides training resources to support all our neighborhood churches. Additionally, she partners with families in teaching their children about God, community and service.

Knowing the impact that even a short amount of time in church can have on a child, the Mile High Vineyard has always believed that our Sunday Children’s Church isn’t just “childcare” but a place to build relationships and teach kids how to connect with Jesus in their own way. Lyndsey, through and through, is an advocate for kids and is passionate about helping them connect to Jesus in a way that is developmentally relevant to them. She uses her strengths in creativity and imagination to create fun and engaging ways for kids to explore faith.

Lyndsey is a graduate of Messiah College (Grantham, Pennsylvania) with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology/Criminal Justice. She and her husband Doug, who have been married since 2001, have two children: Jeremiah and Abigail. She loves to sew, rock climb and cheer on her son, Jeremiah, at the dirt bike track.

In Columbus, Scott served in various leadership roles, primarily leading a Campus congregation and working with the church planting team. Scott has a deep heart to call people and help them to live into the abundant grace of Jesus that brings forgiveness, healing, and transformation. Kathy Maskell

Kathy Maskell

Lead Pastor, East Denver Vineyard
Kathy Maskell

Kathy Maskell is the lead pastor at East Denver Vineyard. She joined the MHV staff in 2020 in the midst of a global pandemic, much to our delight. She also leads the Vineyard Justice Network and served on the Executive Board for Vineyard USA.

Her heart for justice is shaped by her previous advocacy work with Love146 (an organization committed to ending child sex-trafficking), studying abolitionist movements, and creating intentional spaces for deep conversation and meaningful action for biblical justice.

Kathy was raised by Buddhist parents and came to faith while earning a degree in English from the University of Chicago and went on to get an M.S. Ed from City College (CUNY), and an M.Div. in systematic theology at Union Theological Seminary (NYC). She and her husband, Caleb, co-planted the Elm City Vineyard and have two children, Josiah and Emmanuelle.  Some of her favorite things to do right now are exploring her new city for awesome museums and the tastiest breakfast places for dates.

Becca Knudsen

Executive Pastor
Becca Knudsen

Becca Knudsen serves as the Executive Pastor for all our Mile High Vineyard churches. Knowing every staff role, she creates timelines and plans that hold the whole structure together and she feels most at home when she cues others to play their part and shine. Becca has helped to establish structure and culture in our churches which create space for our staff to operate from a deeper place of peace and margin. Becca and Chris also planted one of our neighborhood churches, the Northwest Vineyard in 2016.

Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Becca moved to Colorado in 2005 to pursue a Master’s in Music at the University of Colorado. While finishing her Masters, she realized and embraced her desire to do ministry. Her education in classical music has equipped her to hold the tension of planning, executing, and being disciplined all while creating a beautiful work of art. This translates into ministry better than she ever could have imagined when applied to the intentionality required to lead teams and people, while also pulling out of them the beauty that God designed.

Becca and her husband Chris, whom she met in middle school, were married in 2004. They have two children, Eloise and Soren. In her free time, you might be able to convince her to belt out a little opera, catch her reading a book, lifting weights or spending time with her family and friends.

Lindsey Arnold

Administrative Assistant
Lindsey Arnold

Lindsey Arnold is Administrative Assistant for the Mile High Vineyard. She and her husband Nick started attending MHV in 2006, and Lindsey came on staff in 2009. As an Administrative Assistant, Lindsey is a vital member of our team, helping connect people into our church community (through visitor follow-up and Sunday service follow-up) and adeptly managing much of our behind-the-scenes operations (including some financial management). She faithfully manages many of the behind-the-scenes organizational tasks that help our churches run smoothly.

Lindsey is an incredible servant on our team! She truly believes in and supports what Jesus is doing in the MHV community and feels privileged to be a part of that work in any capacity. More recently she has been leaning into intercession and prayer ministry, serving at our Northwest Vineyard church in this role.

Lindsey holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Colorado Denver. Lindsey and Nick, whom she met in college, were married in 2006 and have three children: Ellie, Ava and Eli.  She loves planning intentional get togethers with her friends and spending time in the mountains with her family.

Hannah Engebretson

Hannah Engebretson

Executive Assistant
Hannah Engebretson

Hannah serves as an Executive Assistant to our Executive Pastor—and is a lifesaver on all things organization and management. She is incredible at managing projects related to all our Mile High churches, getting new hires onboarded to our team, and knowing the ins and outs of our many of the Human Resources systems related to running a church.

Hannah grew up as a PK (pastor’s kid) and MK (missionary’s kid). Her parents were missionaries in Zambia, Africa for 18 years and they have been in pastoral ministry her whole life—so she grew up around church and ministry things, but didn’t come to know Jesus until after college. Shortly after that, she felt called to ministry, so she went to seminary in 2004 and graduated with her MDiv degree in 2007. Before coming to Mile High, her and her husband (Scott) we were at Vineyard Columbus for 9 years where she served in Women’s Ministry, Kids Ministry and at our local campus church (Sawmill Campus).

Hannah and Scott met in seminary and have been married since 2006. They have 3 kids – Ella, 14 years old; Dylan, 11 years old; and Lincoln, 8 years old. When she’s not doing ministry, she loves spending time with friends and family, going to concerts, reading, interior design and trying to keep her houseplants alive.
