Small groups are at our core.

We offer all kinds of Small Groups from Bible studies, to social get-togethers based around common interests to groups specifically aimed at serving others through social justice initiatives. We are confident that here at the Vineyard you can find your people! Check out our Small Groups.

We call our discipleship pathway, Grow.

We believe that healthy things grow. So we created a clear pathway to form us as we each grow in life with Jesus and each other. Grow starts with 5 big courses; Alpha, Rooted, Covenant Community, Discovering Leadership & Emotionally Focused. From there this continues through events and programs periodically offered that help to tap into each of these areas of discipleship.

The Alpha Course

An 8-week discussion-based experience that creates a safe space to thoughtfully consider questions about faith, God, and the meaning of life. Join us as we spend time looking at the basics of Christian faith and asking the deep questions of life in a safe and relaxed environment. Every week there will be a video to watch and a time of discussion.

Rooted

A 9-week course to encourage you to develop basic spiritual rhythms that promote deep roots to serve you over a lifetime. This course focuses on a model for formation centered around: Life with God, Life in Community, and Life on Mission. Each week there’s a practical teaching with tools to implement what you’re learning.

Covenant Community

In a commitment-averse culture, the Scriptures call us to a radical commitment to God and his people. This course is intended to inform and challenge you to consider what it means to be committed to a local church.

Discovering Leadership

This 7-week introductory leadership course emphasizes character formation as we explore beliefs and practices of effective, fruit-bearing leadership in a local church setting.

Emotionally Focused

This multi-phase course integrates several different tools that lead you toward deep personal health and growth. You will process through your early experiences as a child/youth), how different patterns formed within you as a result, and what it looks like for God to begin to change you and to those patterns as you grow toward emotional and spiritual health.

Our vision is to partner with what God is already doing in bringing about reconciliation and redemption among our neighbors, especially the marginalized and oppressed – both locally and across the globe; and doing so within the context of the local church.

To that end, we partner with a variety of projects and ministries around our city & internationally to serve our neighbors, community, and world.
